The Historic Carriage House at 1616 is approximately 1,000 sq ft with 1 King bedroom, 2 Full Sized Daybeds with 2 Full Sized Trundles and sofa with small dining table in the living room, & 1 bathroom. 

The carriage house has occupancy for up to 8 guests maximum.

The living quarters are on the second floor and accessed interiorly via a 48" wide original wooden staircase. As such, handicap accessibility is unfortunately unavailable for the Carriage House. We apologize for any inconvenience.
