As a full-service wedding and event venue, The 1616 House partners with local vendors to offer everything you need to host a special event you and your guests will never forget. From vendor selection assistance to event design covering the finest of details, we partner with the very best vendors in the Southeast to guide you through the planning process. Special requests are our specialty, too. Thanks to the wonderful relationships The 1616 House has built with top-quality professionals in our area, and the large variety of in-house inventory items, we’re able to bring your visions to life with ease and grace.

Full Access Wedding Package:

Saturday Wedding Package Rental:

  • Venue access from 10 am to 10 pm

  • Maximum guest count of 200 for an indoor + outdoor event

  • 7 hours of getting-ready time prior to the wedding ceremony start with access to our luxury Dressing Suites

  • Up to 5 hours of event time + 7 additional hours of set up and 1.5 hours of break down time for vendors

  • 3 downstairs restrooms (1 is ADA), and 4 upstairs restrooms available

  • Prep Kitchen onsite for catering prep

  • Day-of parking attendants

  • Event Management & Design Assistance

  • Event Layout Creation

  • Projector, Podium with Speakers, Microphone

  • Wireless Internet throughout Property

  • Vendor Management Day-Of Event

  • All Set-Up and All Clean-Up

  • On-site parking for 65 vehicles with additional parking available on Howard side street for 40 more vehicles + overflow lot access via Valet Service via in-house valet add-on

  • (15) 1616 Signature Dining Tables

  • (6) High Boys with White Linen (color linen upgrade available)

  • (18) 60" Round Tables with White Linen (color linen upgrade)

  • (200) Cane-back Louis Chairs

  • (1) 1616 Signature Carved Wood Bar

  • (1) Smaller Bar for Tent area

  • (1) 44' x 63' Double Sailcloth Tent or (1) 44' Round Sailcloth Tent

  • (4) Outdoor Heaters (during the months of November through February)

  • Podium, Projector, Microphone, & Speaker (used for speeches)

  • Full access to our onsite "small & large decor" inventory

  • Complimentary Lounge from District Rentals

    • 20% Discount on all additional rental needs booked via District Event Rentals

Client Concierge

At the 1616 House, we understand how complex wedding planning can be, especially if this is your first big event! That’s why we make our client’s comfort a priority by providing a liaison between the venue and couple in order to guide you through the planning process with ease.

In-house Client Concierge services to include:

  • Monthly zoom meetings start 4 months from your wedding date with our venue manager to help you stay organized and stress-free while planning

  • Detailed day-of timeline of all events happening on-site day-of

  • 2-D Digital floorplans with guest seating assignment capabilities

  • Pre-wedding and day-of venue to vendor communication to ensure everyone is kept up to date and on the same page

Let us assist you in creating your absolute dream wedding!

Your wish is our command and we are here to bring your vision to life. In-house Event Design Services with Owner and Lead Designer Cristina Cadden including

  • (2) on-site design meetings

  • (3) Zoom design meetings Digital renderings of wedding details including the interior and exterior layout designs and consultations with your florist to incorporate your floral designs into the overall images.
